Ophelia Ama Brempong, LICSW, CEAP, SAP
Ophelia Brempong leads NSURO Group, which she founded to bring clinical judgment and regulatory precision to workforce compliance. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than ten years of clinical experience, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional, independently licensed in all seven states NSURO serves.
Her clinical background spans intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs at WVU Medicine, emergency-department screening and brief intervention, and outpatient practice. Her academic training has followed the same thread throughout: a minor in substance abuse prevention at James Madison University, a Master of Social Work from West Virginia University, and doctoral study in counseling at Liberty University.
